Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, or fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
